The month of January saw a lot of activity in Ibadan. Sisters Geraldine, Stella and Brid joined Sisters Justina and Rosemary to begin the new formation community. Immediately all hands were on deck to prepare the house for the arrival of the postulants. Sr. Rosaleen, the Regional Leader travelled back and forth from Lagos encouraging the process.
On the 10th February, the three postulants, Ruth, Cynthia and Felicia, arrived to a very warm welcome. Mass was celebrated in the Novitiate chapel that evening and the house was alive with joy.
At present the postulants are in retreat preparing for their reception into the Novitiate. We trust in the prayers of all for God’s blessings on their formation as Sisters of Charity.
