Each year the Los Angeles Archdiocese hosts the Religious Education Congress in the Anaheim Convention Center in California. This year the theme was “Thirsting for Justice” and was held on March 22nd – 24th. During the Congress participants are exposed to current theology, spirituality and catechesis from a variety of speakers. Two Sisters of Charity were speakers this year.
Srs. Edith Prendergast and Kathleen Bryant both gave workshops and Sr. Kathleen was also invited to give the keynote address on Saturday morning at the “Morning Praise and Keynote”, (her address starts about 31 minutes into the video) .
