The member states of the UN are meeting this month to review the progress that has been made towards achieving the Millenium Development Goals. At this meeting they will agree on what actions still need to be taken in order to achieve the MDGs fully. It is our belief that we need to show our political will more than ever by delivering on our part of the global partnership for development see ActNow 2015.
The Religious Sisters of Charity are committed to helping achieve the MDGs through education, health, women groups, income generation, rural and urban community development, advocacy and strengthening civil society in Zambia, Nigeria and Venezuela. Here are some examples:
